While we recognize the triumphs of the past have brought us to our current opportunities, we know that there is much work to be done and many more opportunities to be created.  We remain steadfast in our commitment to ending the affordable housing crisis. We believe that all individuals have a right to safe, stable, and affordable housing. When we all work together, we can build a better world where justice, fairness, and dignity are basic human rights for all.

ABOUT US

We work diligently with community partners to create opportunities for families, seniors, and individuals to be proud of the apartment communities in which they live.  To this end, we welcome collaboration on all levels of our development process and we appreciate the tireless efforts of so many who support affordable housing.

Three Center Square Apartments was in need of exterior paint improvements to its historical structure. The Lancaster County Community Foundation generously granted funds through the John J. Snyder, Jr. Fund to make these much needed improvements. The John J. Snyder, Jr. Fund provides for the restoration, maintenance, and repair of historical structures in Lancaster and Cumberland counties. Grant funds may be used for many of the “unglamorous things” necessary to sustain a documented historical structure owned by a community benefit organization, so that it may be preserved for future generations. Thank you Lancaster County Community Foundation for our continued partnership.
